Michael Dougherty has the coveted GRI designation. The GRI designation is a national designation delivered by the state REALTOR® associations. The 90-hour course of study meets the accreditation standards established by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Upon completion of the program, students are awarded the GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR® Institute). Only members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® may hold the GRI designation.
Michael is also e-PRO. The REALTOR e-PRO certification course is an educational program unlike any other professional certification or designation course available,comprehensive and intensive. It is specifically designed to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist internet consumers in the purchase or sale of a home.
Michael is also a Certified Negotiation Expert.
Michael is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Association of Realtors (approximately 53,000) and is the President for the Prescott Area Association of Realtors for 2008. Prescott is a rapidly growing city about 1 hour north of Phoenix/Scottsdale in the tall pines at an elevation of 5200 enjoying the 4 seasons.

Michael has 2 daughters; Elizabeth is a social worker in palliative care at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto and has given us 3 grandbabies, Damon, Cirian & Callum. Michelle is our younger daughter who has taken after her dad and works in commercial insurance for Marsh. Michelle has just presented us with Ryan Michael a beautiful grand child!
